Terms of ServiceIf you choose to commission me, you are accepting my terms of service. If you have any issues with my terms, DO NOT COMMISSION ME.If you do not agree to my terms, I will turn down your commission. Failure to acknowledge or agree to the terms will result in the commission being rejected. You may not commission me.PaymentPayment will be completed via Paypal.
Commissions under $50 will be payed in full upfront.

Refunds will only be done under reasonable conditions. These include:
Inability to finish art.
If the client wishes to cancel the commission for any reason, only a partial refund of 50% will be issued.
Partial refund if there is an issue with the client.
If you choose to be too demanding or become problematic, the commission will be cancelled, and you will only be issued A PARTIAL REFUND.
As the artist, only I hold the right and ability to initiate or issue refunds.
Use
Do not use my art for Generative AI or for promoting hateful speech.
You may use my art and edit it lightly, but heavily editing (ex: adding signs, symbols, language, or art that is problematic, hateful, or promotes hate and hate speech) is not permitted!
Do not claim my work as your own.I am fairly busy, so your drawing may take between 1-2 weeks to complete! If you need it sooner, let me know.WIP updated and alterations.
I will allow three minor alterations throughout the drawing. These include:
Adjustments to pose, line art, stylization, ect. PRIOR TO COLORING STAGE.
Once the coloring stage starts, no changes shall be made except for color.
I will not completely start over past the coloring stage.
I will gladly redo the rough sketch twice.
